What type of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa™, MasterCard™, and American Express™ credit card/debit card. For orders outside the United States we can only accept bank wire transfers.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes. All open accounts are net 30 days from date of invoice and must be approved by our credit department.Please contact our customer service department so we can assist you. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

Can I send my payment via regular mail?

Yes. If you prefer, mail your check to:

Do you accept C.O.D. orders?

We do not ship COD, however if you don’t want to pay with a credit card, you can prepay your order. Please contact our customer service if you need assistance.

Will I get an estimate of my shipping and handling charges?

Yes. When you place your items in your cart for check out prior to submitting your order an estimated shipping charge will appear on your order. This is only an ESTIMATED shipping charge. Your exact cost may incur additional charges such as residential delivery ,out of delivery charge, and fuel surcharges.

Do you offer expedited delivery?

Yes. You can specify either a 3 day, 2 day or next day delivery via FedEx. This is a premium service and transit time is guaranteed from the time of shipment.Expedited orders are shipped the next business day. Due to the nature of pricing this service the actual rate may be considerably higher in which case we will notify you and provide an exact quote based on the weight and dimensions of your package(s). You must approve the additional charges before we can ship your order.

Can I get a shipping quote if I need a guaranteed delivery?

Yes. If you specify any one of our expedited airfreight shipping services; 3-Day Air, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, or Next Day Air Early AM. We will always contact you for approval on the cost prior to shipping.

Do you ship to Hawaii, or to Alaska?

Yes, but certain exceptions and conditions apply. Please contact us prior to placing your order with the quantity and items you wish to buy.

If I buy from you on a regular basis can I get better pricing?

Customers, who purchase displays in volume and on continuous basis, may be eligible for additional discounts or incentives. Please contact our sales department for more information.

What happens if an item is out of stock when I place my order?

In the unlikely event an item you ordered is not in stock we will notify you immediately. Usually the most you’ll have to wait is about a week. We will advise you how long your backordered item will take to ship. You always have the option of canceling any backordered item with no restocking charge up until the time it ships.

Do I have to pay additional sales tax on my order?

We are required to collect 7% New Jersey Sales Tax on any order with a New Jersey shipping address. If your order falls into this catagory and you're reselling items purchased from us, we won’t charge sales tax providing you send us a completed and signed NJ-ST3 form.

Is there a minimum or small order fee?

No. You can purchase any item in any quantity however, we do charge a flat rate minimum shipping and handling charge of $14.00 on any order under $50.00.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship to the United States, Canada and Mexico at this time. If you need an order shipped elsewhere, we will ship to an exporter of your choice within the continental U.S. It will be your responsibility to arrange shipping from the exporter.

Can you quote on a custom display even if it's not made in acrylic?

Yes, in fact we specialize in non-standard or custom designed displays in plastic, wood, wire and sheet metel. Contact us with your requirement and one of our experienced display designers will work with you to develop your project. Minimum quantities do apply which will vary with the design. In general smaller displays are usually not cost effective under a hundred units.

Can you ship my order to multiple locations?

Yes. Many of our customers save time and money by having us pack and ship direct. All shipments that exceed one destination will incur an additional $5 charge per location. For multiple shipping destinations over 20 locations please speak with a customer service person for a price quote. Please advise us if you are reselling our products and would like us to drop ship "blind" to your customer.

If there is a problem with my order can I speak with a live person?

Yes. Our customer service is here to help with any problems or issues you have with your order. We will respond promptly (usually within two hours during normal business hours if you call or e-mail). We are available Monday through Friday (except holidays) 9AM – 5PM EDT.

How secure is my online transaction?

Your order is secure with us because we have contracted with Yahoo! Inc. for our online commerce. Yahoo! uses the latest encryption technology. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 1.0 or later, Netscape 1.0 or later as your web browser, your transactions are fully encrypted and secure when you buy through any of our web sites. You'll know it’s secure when you see a full "lock" in the status bar if you use Explorer. If you use a Netscape browser you'll see a full yellow key in a blue box in the lower left-hand corner. If you use another type of browser that doesn't provide similar (SSL) encryption technology, you'll still be able to place an order if you wish.
